Well, with the sheer volume of incredible time travel films there have been over the years we thought we would pay homage to all those times we were able to immerse ourselves in a time travelling experience and give to you some of the best time traveller movies ever to hit the silver screen!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Back to the Future<\/em> (1985)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qvsgGtivCgs?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>Well&#8230; surely there are no arguments here? The time travel movie to trump all time travel movies! With the October 21<sup>st<\/sup> 2015 landmark <em>just <\/em>behind us, we\u2019ve had plenty of reasons to revisit Marty and Doc Brown over the last few months, so make sure you punctuate the year with a rewatch of this absolute classic!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Bill &amp; Ted&#8217;s Excellent Adventure <\/em>(1989)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/q3fx6TugN7g?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>The 80s were a gold mine for time travelling movies, from our previous entry to Terminator, to this comedic gem; <em>Bill &amp; Ted\u2019s Excellent Adventure<\/em>. Considered to be overshadowed by <em>Back to the Future<\/em>, <em>Bill &amp; Ted<\/em> offers laughs in spades as the two slackers attempt to group a plethora of historical figures for the sake of their history grade. Hilarity ensues as these two bumblers come face-to-face with everyone from Napoleon to Beethoven!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The Muppet Christmas Carol<\/em> (1992)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dhpu2tq9GG4?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>OK, not <em>strictly <\/em>a time travel movie&#8230;. but it\u2019s Christmas, so allow us a little bit of wiggle room! This take on a literary classic is often considered many people\u2019s favourite rendition of the Dickens novel.
