How do I send my order to you?

By placing your Cine to DVD order online you can use our FREE Royal Mail Tracked service to send your precious cine reels to us. Once you have ordered you will be given a link to the Royal Mail website. Simply fill in a few details, then download and print out the PDF document which is then your postage label. Parcel up your tapes, pop a note in with your name and order number. Attach the label and take the parcel to your local post office where they will scan the barcode and give you a receipt. If you do not have access to a printer, please call us with your order number. Please ensure you package the parcel with care and enough packaging such as bubble wrap, to protect your cine reels. Please do not over package. Remember that we need to unpack your parcel with out damaging the film reels. Please avoid gaffer tape!
